Established in 2016 and governed by the State Democratic Women's Club of Florida, our mission is to promote and support local & State Democratic candidates. As just one of more than 60 Democratic Women's Clubs in the State of Florida, we are a powerful group.
Voter Registration & Engagement
Your voice is powerful, and your voice is your vote. Our volunteers make great efforts to get voters registered and engaged. We participate in tabling events, phone banks, postcard writing and canvassing.

United by a Common Goal
Democracy is under attack in this country. It is imperative that we do all that we can to get Democrats elected to public office. Come and join a group of like-minded women! Our club is growing every day.
Community & Youth Empowerment
We believe that education is the cornerstone of a thriving society. To that end, it is our aim to offer scholarships to local students. We award a scholarship every year to honor the memory of club member Sandra Morehouse who embodied service to her community.

COME TO A MEETING
Members and guests that come to meetings learn about important issues, listen to guest speakers, engage with candidates and elected officials. We meet on the first Thursday of every month at the Bloomingdale Public Library. There is a meet & greet at 6pm before the meeting, which begins at 6:30pm.
Our next meeting will be on Thursday, May 7th. Guest speakers will be Aileen Rodriguez, candidate for Hillsborough County Commission District 7 and Glenn Pearson and Tamika Lyles, candidates for US House CD16.
BECOME A MEMBER
Membership is only $28 per year. As a member, you are able to vote on our club bylaws, attend DWCF (Democratic Women's Club of Florida) conventions and events, and become officers and board members.

Our unique T-shirts have the image of Ruth Bader Ginsberg's famous white collar on the front (which is our logo) with our mantra, NEVERTHELESS, SHE PERSISTED and our club's name on the back. $30 each.
